Every FIDAEM print is produced after you order it, by our production partners, so that each piece is made fresh and nothing is wasted. Your order is prepared in 5–7 business days and then shipped. Please add this production time to the delivery times below.

In total, expect your order within about 10–14 business days of placing it. These are estimates. Delays can happen during busy periods such as Christmas.

Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@fidaem.com with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We will arrange a reprint or a refund. Under French law, we deliver within the time we state and, in any case, no later than 30 days after your order.
