Terms of sale

1. Seller
These terms apply to all orders placed on fidaem.com. The seller is FIDAEM, support@fidaem.com

2. Products
FIDAEM sells art prints and Christian wall art. Each print is produced after your order by our production partners. Colours may differ slightly from your screen. Frames are not included unless stated on the product page.

3. Prices
Prices are in euros VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

4. Ordering
Your order is confirmed when you complete payment and receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment problem, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full.

5. Payment
Payment is made at checkout by the payment methods offered. Your card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored by FIDAEM.

6. Production and delivery
Production takes 5–7 business days, followed by delivery in 5–7 business days, as described in our Shipping policy. If we cannot deliver within the stated time, you may cancel the order in the cases provided by law, and in any event if delivery is more than 30 days after your order.

7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. To do so, email us at support@fidaem.com with your order number. You must return the item within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back.

8. Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. We will reprint or refund it, including shipping costs.

9. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

10. Personal data
Your data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Intellectual property
All artworks and designs are the property of FIDAEM. Your purchase gives you the right to display the print, not to reproduce or resell the artwork.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
